Deliveries Within Australia
All orders once processed will be sent either by courier, Express post or registered mail. This ensures your parcel is insured. Please allow $7.50 for parcels under 1kg and $10.50 for anything up to 3kg. Above this weight will be measured on cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If this does happen however, we will contact you to confirm the payment and you will be given the option of changing or cancelling your order. The choice will be yours! Allow between 3 – 7 working days. All orders over $150.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Deliveries International
All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Allow between 7 – 14 business days. Please add $25.00 for postage. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.

Damaged / Faulty Goods
All orders are checked and packaged with utmost care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
