Orders can be taken with a knock, tap or a ring!
You can order online via our secure server with easy shopping cart system. Please note all information remains confidential and will be processed within 24 hours.
You can email your order thru to info@mymessyroom.com.au with your payment details. We will contact you within 24 hours with an order confirmation.
You can call the store and we can process the order via telephone/eftpos. An placed before 2.00pm will be shipped on the same day.

Misplaced Orders
All orders are sent via Express Post or courier so we can track your parcel at all times. If for some reason your parcel does not arrive within a reasonable time contact us and we will track it for you.
Pricing
All pricing at My Messy Room is in Australian Dollars (AUD) and includes GST. If ordering outside of Australia please use our currency converter. The GST will be calculated at checkout.
Payment
We accept all major credit cards, cheque, money order and direct deposit. Goods will be dispatched once payment confirmation has been received.

Brown Paper Packages tied up with string....these are a few of our favourite things!
Don’t you just love getting a present all wrapped beautifully that makes you feel all special and soft inside? Well we do all that work for you! Like instore, we wrap all gifts complimentary with tissue, traditional old brown paper, ribbon, a postcard and sometimes a sticker (depending on the age of the gift).
We will always wrap our orders in tissue but if you prefer the star treatment or are sending the order off as a gift, let us know and we will make that extra bit of effort for you. That’s part of the service we LOVE doing!
Gift hampers can also be arranged, let us know what you like and we will wrap it in a special box with all the extra details.
Shipping and Deliveries
Deliveries Within Australia
All orders once processed will be sent either by courier, Express post or registered mail. This ensures your parcel is insured. Please allow $6.50 for parcels under 1kg and $9.50 for anything up to 3kg. Above this weight will be measured on cubic weight and may incur an extra fee. If this does happen however, we will contact you to confirm the payment and you will be given the option of changing or cancelling your order. The choice will be yours! Allow between 3 – 7 working days. All orders over $150.00 within Australia are shipped free of charge. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.
Deliveries International
All orders once processed will be sent via Australia Post Air Mail. Allow between 7 – 14 business days. Please add $25.00 for postage. International customers are responsible for their own local duties and taxes. Please contact us if your parcel does not arrive within the specified time.
Damaged / Faulty Goods
All orders are checked and packaged with utmost care. In the unlikely event that an item is damaged or broken in transit, contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or refund.
