Tips For Shooting Your Kids... (With A Camera Of Course)
Style the background that will appear in your photo.
> Consider what colours they're wearing, and design and scene that matches.
> Clear any clutter, and use only one or two props or toys. You can't take the background mess out later!
> Kids look great rolling around in green grass, tickle them on the tummy for a smile!
> Outdoor nature photos are always beautiful. Beach, Park, Trees etc.
> Clean faces, straighten clothes, and shoot while happy and content.
Always Use a Flash inside
> Photos on Automatic cameras often turn out blurry without the flash on.
Getting a Great Smile
> For Babies, it's Peek-a-boo, or dangle their favourite toy.
> For Toddlers and kids it's tickles on the tummy or a game of Peek-a-boo.
> Hate that stale photo face that adults or older kids get when hold that ‘cheese’ face for too long? Get your subject to look away; eyes shut and not smiling, then count them in to give you a fresh photo face, by saying ‘one, two, three – fresh face!’. Best way to get fresh smile and wide sparkly eyes!
